BANGALORE: Orpendale, Running Bull, Abraxas and Distributor impressed when the horses were exercised here on Thursday morning (March 16).

Outer sand:

800m: Rain Splasher (Asgar) 1-1.5, 600/46.5. Easy. Spring Fair (Shobhan) 1-1, 600/45.5. Moved freely. Thirteen Thirteen (Asgar) 1-0.5, 600/46.5. Moved well.

1,000m: Distributor (A. Imran) 1-14, 800/55, 600/43. Impressed.

1,200m: Mexikan Wave (Jagadeesh), Wild At Heart (rb) 1-29.5, 1,000/1-15, 800/58.5, 600/46. They were extended while the former responded well and finished four lengths ahead. Baracudda (rb) 1-31.5, 1,000/1-16, 800/1-0, 600/46.5. Easy. Zooming (Srinath), Step On The Gas (Christopher) 1-28.5, 1,000/1-13.5, 800/58.5, 600/45.5. A fit pair. Jango (Srinath) 1-30.5, 1,000/1-14, 800/58, 600/45. Strode out well. Running Bull (rb), Predominant (Asgar) 1-28, 1,000/1-12.5, 800/56, 600/43. Former moved attractively and finished three lengths ahead. Desire For Gold (Shakti) 1-32.5, (1,200-600) 43.5. Eased up. Aurelian (Suraj), Saratoga Sizzle (Gallagher) 1-32.5, 1,000/1-14.5, 800/56, 600/42.5. Former moved impressively and finished two lengths in front. Artic Blast (Srinath), Algebra (Appu) 1-30, 1,000/1-14.5, 800/59, 600/46.5. Former shaped well.

1,400m: Secret Fury (Srinath) 1-46, 1,200/1-28, 1,000/1-13, 800/57, 600/43.5. Stretched out well. Orpendale (R. Marshall) 1-39, 1,200/1-24, 1,000/1-10.5, 800/55, 600/43. In fine nick. Abraxas (Gallagher), Cedros (L. Marshall) 1-44.5, 1,200/1-27, 1,000/1-11.5, 800/55.5, 600/43.5. They are in fine condition.

Gate practice — inner sand:
