At a press conference here on Thursday, Mr. Janardanan demanded that the State Government entrust the Vigilance wing of the police and the KSEB Vigilance to inquire and bring to book the culprits behind it. He alleged that these organisations were planning to sabotage the functioning of power generating stations and various sub-stations.
