Fabin stars in JJ CET's win

TIRUCHI: Fabin Jude Gomes scored a hat-trick as JJ CET defeated Young Men Sporting FC 3-1 in the Tiruchi District Football Association second division league match here at the Bishop Heber HSS ground on Thursday.

Fabin scored in the eighth minute to give JJ CET the lead. But two minutes later, Ruban equalised for Young Men Sporting. Two second-half goals by Fabin guided JJ CET to an easy win.

In a first division league match, Senthil Kumar scored as MPHA MFC edged out BHEL Community Centre FC 1-0.
