The proposal for the Rs.600-crore expressway corridor with unique features like `Trumpet interchange' facilitating smooth flow of vehicles coming from various directions to the International Airport was submitted by the GMR Group.

Under the `Swiss Challenge' method, if a lower bid was submitted, it would be favoured, Dr.Rajasekhar Reddy said.
