Cellars meant for parking only: Gulzar

VIJAYAWADA: Municipal Commissioner Natarajan Gulzar has made it clear that cellars of commercial complexes and apartments should be used only for parking of vehicles. The cellars were not meant for any other activity, Mr. Gulzar warned. He said that action would be taken against the owners of buildings if they did not remove various structures in the cellars and arranged the space for parking.
