TIRUCHI: The Divisional Railway Manager's office near Tiruchi Junction will sport a new look soon as the 70-year old building constructed during the British regime is being given a fresh coat of paint. The white washing work, which began last month, is expected to be completed by April. All blocks inside the sprawling DRM office, which is a heritage building, will be given a fresh coat of paint, for which the railway administration has earmarked a sum of Rs.10 lakhs, railway sources here said. The main colour used for the building is venilla. The fresh coat of paint, after scrapping and removing the earlier portion, is being given after six years.
