Visualsoft to withdraw merger proposal

HYDERABAD: In a significant development, Visualsoft Technologies has decided to withdraw the proposed plan for amalgamation with Applabs Technologies and eSolutions Pvt. Ltd. with immediate effect. The board of directors of Visualsoft, which met here on Friday, took a decision to this effect owing to what it called the delays in securing approvals from the stock exchanges.
