Ahlcon to launch ready mix concrete

BANGALORE: Ahlcon, a Rs. 400 crore company in the business of construction and concrete, proposes to launch Ahlcon Ready Mix Concrete (RMC). It will be retailing RMC soon. Ahlcon has set up two plants and will have six plants in Bangalore by the year-end, making an investment of nearly Rs. 35 crore. According to Vikas Ahluwalia, it will be retailing to individuals building houses besides catering to major builders. Ahlcon RMC has partnered Microsoft to develop an enterprise resources planning (ERP) package which has been implemented in all divisions.
