Bangalore: Second PUC or 12th standard students studying in educational institutions in the State should get their Common Entrance Test (CET) brochure and application forms by submitting a demand draft for Rs. 550 to the principals of their institutions (Rs. 400 for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Category 1 candidates). Principals of all schools and colleges in the State offering 12th standard, including CBSE and CISCE syllabi, and second PUC should collect the filled application forms and forward them to the CET Cell, both from freshers and repeaters. Karnataka candidates who have studied outside the State (Horanadu, Gadinadu and others) can get the brochure and application form only through Speed Post directly from the CET Cell by sending a cloth-lined self-addressed envelope and a demand draft for Rs. 650 drawn in favour of the Special Officer, CET Cell, Bangalore, payable at Bangalore. Karnataka candidates residing outside India can get the brochure by sending a demand draft for Rs. 2,000. The application forms should be filled up with a ballpoint pen. The information furnished by the candidates in their CET application form will be considered final. If the information is found to be incorrect, the application is liable to be rejected.
