DHARWAD: Minister for Primary and Secondary Education Basavaraj Horatti said here on Sunday that the State Government is thinking of including spiritual education in the school curriculum from the primary school level. Mr. Horatti was inaugurating the State-level conference organised by Sri Aurobindo Society, Dharwad. Mr. Horatti said although "moral education" has been part of the curriculum, it does not have a specific framework. The Minister said the teachings of great personalities like Aurobindo showed the way to attain inner peace. Poet Channaveera Kanavi released a souvenir on the occasion. Sri Aurobindo Society State unit president S.V. Sabnis presided over the programme.
