ED sends notice to Natwar, 17 others

New Delhi: The Justice Pathak Committee inquiring into the Iraqi oil-for-food scam has served notices on former External Affairs Minister K. Natwar Singh and 17 others.

Mr. Singh has been asked to file an affidavit within 10 days, according to officials. Andleeb Sehgal, a friend of Mr. Singh's son Jagat, and former Ambassador to Croatia Aniel Matharani are also among those who have been issued the notices.
