Rape accused undergoes polygraph test

BANGALORE: Abhishek Kasliwal, an accused in a rape case who was arrested by the Worli police in Mumbai, was subjected to polygraph test and brain mapping at the Forensic Sciences Laboratory here on Saturday.

Kasliwal, son of Shriram Mills owner, Ambuja Kasliwal, is accused of having raped a 52-year-old woman on the premises of the mills recently. Mumbai police brought him to Bangalore for the tests after obtaining permission from the magistrate concerned.

Laboratory officials said the results will be submitted to the investigating agency soon.
