CBI, FIA meet to discuss issues "for mutual benefit"
New Delhi:
Talks between the internal investigative agencies of India and Pakistan on critical matters were held here on Tuesday.
CBI Additional Director M.L. Sharma told mediapersons after the first day of discussions that talks between the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) of Pakistan and the Central Bureau of Investigation were held in a "very cordial and positive atmosphere."
Issues such as human trafficking and counterfeit currency were discussed at the meet, during which both sides showed earnestness in moving forward for mutual benefit, he said. The talks will continue. UNI
