Ozone Group in property deal

CHENNAI: Ozone Group, one of the leading property developers from Bangalore, announced the biggest property deal in Chennai through the acquisition of 43 acres here. The Rs. 300-crore deal envisaged the development of an integrated township with over 2,000 apartments, an IT park and a shopping mall comprising 5.5 million sq. ft. of built-up space, says a release.
