The following are among the information furnished to the Bombay Stock Exchange by the companies concerned.

Videocon Industries board has approved the scheme of amalgamation of EKL Appliances Ltd (Formerly Electrolux Kelvinator Ltd) with the company. The exchange ratio is fixed at one fully paid up equity share of the company for every 27,619 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10 each of EKL.

PSI Data Systems has announced a partnership with Bolero, a leading financial supply chain (FSC) management application software provider, to set up an offshore development centre (ODC) in India. As part of the agreement, the company will extend application develop- ment, maintenance and field support services to Bolero.

Aban Loyd Chiles Offshore said that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on March 29 to consider sale of Rig Aban VII (formerly Rowan Texas) to the wholly owned subsidiary of Aban Singapore Pte Ltd along with other items as may placed before the members for approval through postal ballot.

Bharti Tele Ventures has announced that the shareholders of the company have passed the special resolutions, for change in the name of the company from "Bharti Tele Ventures Ltd" to "Bharti Airtel Ltd".

Garware Offshore Services has recommended 12 per cent dividend (same as in the previous year) on fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Hexaware Tech-nologies said it will raise Rs. 300 crore from private equity investor General Atlantic to fund its expansion through the organic route and acquisitions.

KSB Pumps said that it has recommended 30 per cent final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2005, making a total dividend of 45 per cent (including 15 per cent interim dividend paid during the year).
