Bar behind the bars

Yummy mutton biryani and loads of liquor too! No bar and restaurant this, but supplies being made to influential inmates in a district jail in Anantapur!

How do we teach a lesson or two to the jailors who look the other way when such VIP supplies are made in jails?

Make their Home Ministers (read the better halves) refuse to provide them with food? Cut their ration supplies? Allow a five star hotel organise a food festival in the jail without inviting the jail staff? Put a conveyer belt to all the prisons from the nearest fast food joint and also facilities for placing orders over the phone?
