SIB to expand

KOTTAYAM: Thrissur-based South Indian Bank Ltd. will expand its operations in central Travancore area this month. According to Kottayam Regional Head C.J. Jose Mohan, works are on to open five full branches in Kottayam and Pathanamthitta districts.

The three new branches in Kottayam district will be opened in Arunapuram, Chenthipuzha and Nedungadapalli while Mallasseri and Muthur in Pathanamhitta will have new branches. With this, the SIB will have 55 branches and nine sub-branches under its Kottayam Regional Office.
