PONDICHERRY: The full team of the Election Commission comprising the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) B.B. Tandon and the two Election Commissioners Navin.B. Chawla and Gopalswamy would visit Pondicherry on March 27. An official source said here on Wednesday that they would hold discussions with the election officials, police and other related departments on preparations made for the polls in the Union Territory. A meeting with the political party leaders and their representatives had also been scheduled in connection with their visit. Mr. Tandon had already visited Pondicherry a few weeks ago and held discussions with the officials, police officers and representatives of political parties.
