CHENNAI: The stage is set for `Amaze `06', a management cultural gala, starting this Friday. Organised by the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Chennai, in association with a host of partners, the three-day inter-collegiate potpourri will feature a succession of events ranging from debate to dumb charades, business plan to business quiz. Also up for grabs are prizes worth Rs.1.5 lakh. Organisers expect around 30 institutions, including B schools and IITs, from the State and outside to participate. Nikhil Chinnappa, VJ turned DJ, will set the mood on Friday night at Platinum, Aruna Inn, Nungambakkam. For tickets, contact 9884608402. The highpoint of the event will be a concert by Strings and Bombay Vikings on Sunday at YMCA, Royapettah. Tickets for the show, held in association with Hutch and Vcan, are available for Rs.250, Rs.500, and Rs.1,000.
