SSLC exam begins on March 29

Dharmapuri: A total of 17,109 students in Dharmapuri will appear for the SSLC examinations scheduled to be held from March 29 to April 10. A release said 8,962 boys and 8,147 girls would take up the examinations in about 43 centres in the district. Flying squads led by the Collector, M. Chandrasekaran, CEO and DEO have been formed to prevent malpractices.

A total of 18,780 students in Krishnagiri and Hosur educational divisions will appear for the SSLC examinations in 42 centres in the district. About 5,460 boys and 5,457 girls would take up the examinations in 25 centres in Krishnagiri. Similarly about 3,893 boys and 3,970 girls would take up the examinations in 17 centres in Hosur.

Along with this 1,944 candidates in Krishnagiri and Hosur divisions will appear for the Matriculation exam from March 27 to April 7. A total of 562 boys and 396 girls would appear in 13 centres in Krishnagiri. Similarly 521 boys and 465 girls would take up the exams in 10 centres in Hosur.
