Cipla has said that pursuant to the approval by the members through a postal ballot, it will issue three equity shares of Rs. 2 each fully paid as bonus shares for every two existing shares held and the company has fixed April 25 as the record date for this purpose.
Mahindra & Mahindra has said that the Government of Maharashtra and the Mahindra Group have announced plans to set up a special economic zone in Pune District, Maharashtra. This state-of-the-art fully integrated business city will be spread over 3,000 acres.
