Non-Executive Chairman for Shriram Transport

CHENNAI: Shriram Transport Finance Company, a leading player in the NBFC segment, announced the appointment of Arun Duggal as Non-Executive Chairman. In this capacity, Mr. Duggal will chair all the meetings of the board of directors and its committees and the meetings of the shareholders of the company.
