FAPCCI welcomes reduction in power tariff

HYDERABAD: The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) has welcomed the reduction in power tariff announced by the Government for the next financial year. It also welcomed the reduction of power tariff for railway traction and ferro alloys units and said the gradual reduction in power tariff was a long awaited step. The Federation President, C. V. Atchut Rao, wanted the Government to consider favourably other demands such as rebate for maintaining power factor above 0.90 favourably.
