DSK plans to enter Hyderabad market

HYDERABAD: D. S. Kulkarni Developers Limited, a Pune-based leading construction company, has announced plans for entering the Hyderabad market for taking up construction of residential townships and commercial complexes. To begin with, the company plans to acquire at least 100-acres for taking up construction of residential apartments, with a focus on middle-income group segment. The Rs. 1,200 crore-company is prepared to invest Rs. 200-300 crore once a suitable land is identified, says its Chairman, D. S. Kulkarni.
