New Delhi: After repeated production warrants failed to secure poacher Sansar Chand's presence in six MCOCA cases filed by the CBI, a Delhi court on Friday served notices to Ajmer and Jaipur jail authorities for a report on court proceedings against Chand in the past two months. "Notices be sent to Jail Superintendents of Ajmer and Jaipur district jails to file a detailed report regarding the pending cases against accused Sansar Chand, especially the dates of hearings of his cases in the last two months in Jaipur, Ajmer and other places," Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sanjiv Jain said. The court also re-issued the production warrant against the poacher for April 7, which is also the deadline for filing the report. Again, this time the court has ordered the warrants to be sent through the Chief Judicial Magistrates of both Ajmer and Jaipur. -- PTI
