THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Health Department has declared Pettah, Kadakampally, Karikkakom and Veli wards as festival zone from April 3 to 9 in connection with the annual festival of the Karikkakom Sree Chamundi Temple. The department has made the announcement under the Travancore-Cochin Public Health Act. — Staff Reporter
