New MD of LIC takes over

CHENNAI: Thomas Mathew, Zonal Manager, Western Zone, has taken over as Managing Director of LIC of India. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Mathew held assignments, including Zonal Manager of Western Zone of LIC and Chief of Marketing and International Operations. He was also a Director on the board of Corporation Bank and is currently on the board of LMW.
