A challenge to Nepal's King

Kathmandu: Opposition parties in Nepal on Sunday dared the Royal government to declare them terrorists over their decision to join hands with Maoists in the fight for restoring democracy.

Leaders of the seven-party alliance made the challenge to King Gyanendra's regime after Home Minister Kamal Thapa warned that they would be treated "at par with" Maoists. — PTI
