Journalists told to take up constructive programmes

VISAKHAPATNAM: Commissioner of Police V.S.K. Kaumudi on Sunday urged journalist organisations to take up constructive programmes.

He was the chief guest at the installation of new executive of Andhra Pradesh Union of Working Journalists, Visakha urban unit.

VUDA Vice-Chairman G. Venkatram Reddy urged unions to work for journalists' welfare.

KGH Superintendent M. Ganeswara Rao, union State council members, M.R.N. Varma and S.S. Siva Sankar, and urban unit president and secretary respectively, P. Narayana and G. Sambasiva Rao, participated.
