Kamdhenu Ispat to build five more stockyards
BANGALORE:
Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd., a company manufacturing and marketing construction materials, has plans to build five more stockyards in Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. At present, the company has five stockyards in Punjab, Bangalore, Delhi, Haryana and Tamil Nadu. According to Sunil Agrawal, Director (Expansion), Kamdhenu Ispat, the 30 franchisee units have been manufacturing various infrastructural products meeting the demands of its consumers in more than 22 States. The company proposed to enter the capital market on April 3 with an IPO of 1.28 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The price has been fixed at Rs. 25 at a premium of Rs. 15 per equity share. The issue closes on April 8.
