Support for a noble cause

SURPRISE VISIT: Sri Sri Ravishankar, Founder of the Art of Living Foundation, visited Cadabam's, a Trust of the Mentally Disabled, on Kanakapura Road recently.

Those with emotional disorders are often sidelined as "mentally ill." Attitudes are beginning to change, but not fast enough for those who need psycho-social rehabilitation.

Cadabam's, the Trust of Mentally Disabled, has been carrying on this work at their centre on Kanakapura Road. They had a pleasant surprise recently when Sri Sri Ravishankar, Founder of the Art of Living Foundation, visited the campus and complimented the trustees, Sudha Cadabam and Cadabam M. Ramesh, and the secretary, S.M. Channabasavanna, who was formerly with NIMHANS.
