IMPHAL: Chief Minister Okram Ibobi and his senior colleagues were disappointed as leaders of the All Tribal Students' Union Manipur (ATSUM) failed to turn up on Wednesday for holding talks to end the crippling economic blockade. The blockade was imposed from May 25 demanding improvement of the educational infrastructure in the tribal areas.

The first round of talks was held on Tuesday between ATSUM leaders and two tribal Ministers, Gaikhangam and Francis Ngajokpa.
