dated March 31, 1956: Gandhi Smarak Nidhi

The Board of the Trustees of the Gandhi Smarak Nidhi, at a meeting in New Delhi on March 29, elected Mr. B.G. Kher as Chairman of the Board in succession to the late Mr. G.V. Mavlankar. It elected Acharya Kripalani, Mr. U.N. Dhebar, Mr. Jaya Prakash Narayan and Mr. Dhirendra Majumdar as the new Trustees. The Vice-Chairman, Mr. Devadas Gandhi, presided.
