Pondicherry: The Lok Jansakthi party will go it alone in 10 Assembly constituencies in the coming polls in Pondicherry, according to the State unit president of the party C. M. Puratchi Vendhan. He told newsmen here on Thursday that the decision to fight the polls independently was taken by the State committee in agreement with the directives of the party leader and Union Minister Ramvilas Paswan. Mr. Puratchi Vendan said that those intending to fight the polls could submit applications at the party headquarters between April 3 and 6 along with the prescribed fees. A fifty per cent concession would be made for women contestants.
