JD(S) releases list of eight candidates

KANNUR: The Janata Dal (Secular) released names of candidates contesting in eight Assembly constituencies in the State.

JD(S) Parliamentary Board chairman K.P. Mohanan, MLA, released the list of eight candidates at a press conference here on Thursday. He said that the list was finalised at the party's Parliamentary Board that met in Thrissur. The names of the constituencies and the candidates are: Kovalam - A. Neelalohithadasan Nadar, Thiruvalla - Mathew T. Thomas, Angamaly - Jose Thettayil, Chittur - K. Krishnankutty, Malappuram - P.M. Safarulla, Vadakara - M.K. Premnath, Kalpetta - M.V. Shreyamskumar and Peringalam - K.P. Mohanan.
