Letters to the Editor
The debate over whether rehabilitation of the Narmada oustees is complete or not before raising the height of the Sardar Sarovar dam speaks a lot for the priorities of development in our times. It is truly commendable that Medha Patkar and the Narmada Bachao Andolan are representing the painful reality at the grassroots level. It is hoped that the large number of yet-to-be-rehabilitated oustees will get justice, at least now.
