Airtel Broadband launches NetXpert

BANGALORE: Airtel Broadband and Telephone Services on Friday launched Airtel NetXpert for its broadband customers in Bangalore. According to Prem Pradeep, CEO, Airtel Broadband, Karnataka, this has been brought to India for the first time and Airtel NetXpert leverages the most advanced automated broadband care technology in the world from SupportSoft. Airtel NetXpert will be launched in other Airtel Broadband and Telephone Services markets in due course. The application will be made available to all Airtel broadband subscribers free of cost.
