KOCHI: A children's festival will be organised under the auspices of the district Child Welfare Society from April 2 to May 31. Various cultural programmes will be held as part of the programme. Children will be given opportunity to present cultural programmes, District Collector A.P.M. Mohammed Hanish said in a statement.
