Six arrested on murder charge

BANGALORE: The Peenya Police have arrested six persons in connection with the murder of a Suraj Yesupal on March 26.

The police gave the names of the accused as Hemanth (32), Anand (28), Ravi (31), all residents of T. Dasarahalli, Ravi Kumar (28), Ramesh (21), both residents of Sriramapuram, and Sridhar (21), resident of Uttarahalli. The police said they have recovered a car and weapons used to commit the murder.

The police said the accused murdered Suraj at Havanur Layout on March 26.

Arrested

The Wilson Garden Police have arrested Halesh alias Halappa (22) and Yogesh (22) and recovered two gold chains and one gold ring valued at Rs. 45,000 from them.
