SBI strike

The employees of the State Bank of India, who have gone on an indefinite strike, are holding the customers to ransom. Many payments, including pensions, are due in the first week of the month. The SBI has almost monopolised government transactions. Unless this is changed, normal banking will continue to be disrupted.

Already there is an impression among the people that banking staff are quite well paid, compared to many others. Nothing justifies the suffering of bank customers.
