The programme in Ernakulam will be inaugurated at SDPY High school, Palluruthy, on April 5 by City Police Commissioner P.Vijayan. The camps are to be organised at Thammanam, Thripunithura, Mattancherry, Thevara, Chellanam, Kothamangalam, Chottanikkara, Palarivattom, Vypin, Edapally, Nayarambalam, Kalady and Paravur. At least 15 camps will be organised in each district, according to the organisers. The programme is being organised as part of `Navaoli Jyothir Dinam,' marking the 7th anniversary of attainment of Samadhi by Kaunakara Guru, founder of Santhigiri Ashram.
Health care
The programme is intended to spread the message of health care through Santhigiri Ashram's cultural organisations, Santhi mahima and Viswa Samskarika Navothana Kendram, the organisers said at a press conference here on Tuesday. The programme will consist of disease diagnosis, treatment, distribution of medicines and continued treatment to the deserving. Former Captain of Indian cricket team Mohammed Azharuddin inaugurated Karunyam at Kozhikkode on April 2.
