Tata Motors vehicle sales up 14 p.c.

MUMBAI: Tata Motors has reported a 13.7 per cent increase in total vehicle sales for the fiscal ended March 31, as compared to the previous fiscal. The company sold 4.54 lakh units of vehicles (including exports) in 2005-06 against 3.99 lakh vehicles last fiscal. Sale of commercial vehicles during the reporting fiscal grew to 2.15 lakh units compared to 1.90 lakh units, the company said in a release here.
