F-Secure expands operations

NEW DELHI: F-Secure that provided solutions to counter computer virus and spam for Internet and mobile network computer on Tuesday said it would expand its operations in the Indian subcontinent. The company had already opened the office of its India subsidiary in Mumbai and a sales office in Delhi. F-Secure's President and CEO, Risto Siilasmaa, said: "F-Secure's global strategy is to offer security as a service to our customers and we wish to now bring this successful model to the Indian market as well. Figures from analysts suggest explosive growth in the DSL market alone and we want to be there to offer those millions of consumers a safe and secure online experience."
