House burgled

TENALI (GUNTUR DT.): Burglars broke into the house of an oil merchant, Borlagadda Satyanarayana, and decamped with 20 sovereigns of gold and about Rs.1 lakh in cash on Tuesday at Sai Nagar here. According to police, the miscreants broke open the main door of the duplex using crowbars. The family was sleeping at that time. The sniffer dogs led the police to the bus stop near V.S.R. College .
