India, 21 others adopt plan for carbon capture

NEW DELHI: India and 21 other countries under the banner of Carbon Sequestration Leadership Forum on Tuesday adopted a draft strategic plan, which chalks out a roadmap till 2013 for developing technologies to capture and store carbon dioxide so as to reduce pollution from thermal power plants.
