BANGALORE: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K) will conduct its undergraduate entrance test (UGET) on May 20 and 21 for admission to medical, engineering and dental courses in private colleges attached to it. The Aptitude Test I and II (combined paper) for B. Arch course will be held in the morning session (10 a.m. to noon) on May 20. The combined test for physics and chemistry is scheduled for the morning session of May 21. The biology test will be conducted from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. and the mathematics test from 3.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. on May 21. COMED-K executive secretary S. Kumar said the consortium would make all arrangements for the smooth conduct of the UGET 2006 in a fair and transparent manner. Biometrics will be used at different levels to eliminate malpractices.
