CHANDIGARH: Sabeer Bhatia, the founder of the Hotmail, is exploring the possibility of setting up a Knowledge City, to be christened as Nano City, in Haryana. Addressing a Press conference here with the Haryana Chief Minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Mr.Bhatia said that it would be the largest Nano City in the country and the Intellectual Capital City of the future. Mr.Hooda said that the State Government had decidedto constitute a joint working group to finalize the location and the basic parameters of the project within three months.
