NIZAMABAD: District Collector D.V. Raidu suspended Anganwadi teacher Ch. Indira alias Komati Indira and aya Lakshmi holding them responsible for the death of a child, Chakali Raju (5), due to diarrhoea, at Kamareddy hospital on Tuesday. Informing this to the media U. Madhusudhan Rao, the ICDS Project Director (in-charge), said the Collector had ordered an inquiry and basing on the report further action would be taken against them. Action will also be taken against one Lakshmi, daughter-in-law of aya Lakshmi who distributed the pudding to Anganwadi children.,
