Eye and dental camp organised

CHENNAI: Singhvi Charitable Trust conducted a free eye and dental camp at Ooratchi Ondriya Middle School at Padhirivedu West, Gummidipoondi taluk in Tiruvallur district on Sunday. Over 770 persons including school children were screened. for diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, cataract, vision and dental problems. About 700 persons were given free medicines for eye related problems. In another eye camp held at Singhvi Diagnostic Centre at Triplicane last week, 185 persons were screened and 138 were given free spectacles. 23 people were referred to Bhagwan Mahaveer Eye Hospital at Royapuram for surgeries.
