Regulatory orders

The City Police Commissioner, Karan Singha, has clamped regulatory orders under the provisions of Section 41 of the Madras City Police Act prohibiting public assemblies, dharnas, demonstrations and procession in all the 15 police station limits till April 18.

Programme

Sri Naamasankeerthanaa Trust will organise discourses on Srimad Ramayana by Kumari Poornima, a disciple of Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji Mission, from April 7 to 15. The programme will be held on Sri Ramar Koil premises, Ramnagar.

Sri Ramanavami Utsavam will be celebrated at Teppakulam Sri Anjaneya Swami Temple from April 5 to 7.

Course

Avinashilingam University will organise a one-month certificate course from April 10 for children aged between 7 and 16.

Courses will be conducted in painting, soft toy, greeting card, artificial flower and gift article making, a press release issued here said.
